Brian H. Could this be what may have been "misreported" re Senate action or does anyone here have access to Senate action? Still trying to get straight what the US Gov't position is likely to be when push comes to shove on 3rd generation CDMA. You have posted a major piece of the puzzle. What is most interesting to me is what ETSI has not rpt not included in its statement to the House Committees. The Q position is brushed off without clearly stating what it is in fact. No way is this the end of this saga within the US Gov't and/or the working out of a US Gov't position re 3rd generation CDMA. I for one hope that through the efforts of the many informed people on this board it will be possible to follow at least the evolution of the US Gov't postion. Thanks for your major contribution. Chaz
