The investigation by the FBI, SEC, etc. is at a close. Nothing untoward was uncovered this is why Saul is filing actions in court. Since Allen is in the clear he can proceed to defend his name and reputation and seek damages and assert his legal claim on Oilex assets.

S**t happens in the real world zonk. No one is at fault here. Oil prices declined, bad field management and an aggressive and greedy investor brought down Oilex and I might add the latter is the main cause but still no one is at fault it is just a confluence of events that has led us to this situation. It is unfortunate that all of this could have been avoided if Saul had gone over the books before investing large sums.

Oilex was not healthy when Saul began investing but efforts were being made by prior management to turn it around. We'll never know whether that would have been possible.
