I agree. But when the investors see a filing to sell month after
month (although the amount of shares is small), they would
ponder why.
When the stock options become exercisable, they have about 5 or
6 years before expiring.

Still have it. Just satisfied the margin call a few days ago.
I wanted to buy a little MO yesterday, but fund was not available
until today. So just have to wait until Tuesday.
