Dirk,

DBC's fees are free for the trial if you cancel in 30 days. That sounds like free. The exchanges want their money though, so you do have to pay their exchanges fees.

So instead of one week, you have 30 days to run it and use it. If you sign up for the annual plan then the whole package is $79 plus exchange fees. Many other services are $300 to get Level II, charting, etc.
