FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND THE LAST LETER IS THE REAL THING! The real what thing? There seem to be a great many x-ed out sections. I wonder what they said. Is the letter perhaps in response to questions asked of AZNT by the SEC? A not-implausible interpretation. If everything in it speaks to AZNT's case, then why the x's? Note also, FWIW, that the precedents cited are extremely old. Why is that? And I really do tend to worry about a lawyer who can't spell "indict" properly.
