Well now, let's give this "Rhodes Scholar" nonsense some thought.

Knowing what we know about Slick, after observing him for the last seven or eight years, does anyone doubt that the following is/was possible?

That he cheated on the tests...

That he persuaded someone else to take the tests in his place...

That he paid someone else to take the tests in his name...

That he copied from someone else's paper...

That he wrote the dean a letter stating that Rhodes Scholar status would greatly enhance his "political viability"...

ETC...

ETC...

Get real folks... the two current occupants of the white house are the lowest-level lifeforms ever allowed to reside within its walls. The place will have to be de-slimed when the Slicks are removed.

Who Me,
Regarding Arkansas being 49th in education, well thats pretty dismal, but for a number of reasons not unexpected, however Ca in the lowest 10% IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, (and Ca USED to have good schools so this is how far Ca has fallen).

Now, in an effort to counter my claim that Ca has bad schools, someone (j_b) sent me this article:

Here are students' average scores on the SAT verbal and math tests, and the percentage of high school graduates in each state who took the test. The College Board says it is invalid to compare or rank states on the basis of SAT scores alone because varying numbers of students take the test in each state.
St. Verbal Math
Ala. 562 558

Alaska 521 520

Arizona 525 528

Arkansas 568 555

California 497 516
....

Now, I know that Sat scores are not really indicative of the overall education level etc. but since this was used as an argument in favor of Ca schools let me use it also in favor of AK schools.

Notice Arkansas Scores higher than Ca in both Verbal and Math

Heres the whole article:
