How well will ESVS have to perform in order for some to break even?

Scenario: You got in at .50 or $500.00 for 1000 shares of zulu.

1) 1000 shares is now worth $150.00

2) 100 shares of esvs is worth $150.00

3) You have lost $350.00 since you got in.

4) After the conversion, ESVS will have to go to $5.00 p/share before you break even. That does not include commissions. Almost triple.

5) Will it happen?
