But Gary, when you finally have a "sustained" uptrend
it will be at a much higher level than your 15 basis.
With any buying in the semis cymi will step to 12 then
to 15 by 1s or by 2s, not gradually by 1/8ths. Sure
it ought to have a few sell-offs from 15 (I'm even, get me out!) at which point you will still debate the trend or not.
