Re MSVC++ 6.0 Libraries or a new MFC version, Sean, I can't check the 8/25 QP2.EXE because I trashed it. I'm pretty sure that previous builds used VC for the Internet Downloader and Borland for the rest. Borl's scan-module uses OWL instead of MFC [can't get an OWE w/o OWL]. Hard to know what is happening under the 'Package for the Web' install [would be nice if he'd use the std InstallShield so I could see what's happening]. It won't let me install a pre 8/25 version of QP2 in a new NT partition even though there are no vestiges of previous installs to be found -- I've been dead in the water on that machine for 8 days. And so it goes... Bob You have a point re the WB techs BTW -- one said I needed to update to sp_4 ;)
