I agree with Mark's point of view. My strong belief is that if you could poll all the current JAWS long investors, you would see that a very significant majority envision a violent short squeeze. Like most others, I initially invested in what I perceived to be an undervalued stock. But as I spent countless hours following the stock, reading as many posts on 3 boards, and performing due diligence outside of these source, I now feel that an explosive squeeze will occur. Wayne, IMO, you may be sensibly cautious, but I think you take a minority view. When Nutstoo first posted $60 as a possible goal, I chuckled in disbelief. Later, when he said $100, I paused and understood that he meant it, but I still didn't think it was reasonably plausible. When he threw out the $300 tender offer scenario, I was amazed....but converting. I don't think it is hype to review history of other similar short squeeze situations and be fearful of believing that we may be a part of the same. Instead, I think the wise learn from these past situation and use them for guidance. Most of us are entering uncharted waters. We may have an opportunity that we may never be privy to revisit. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that a significant naked short position exists with this stock. If we are to maximize our advantage, then a significant portion of us need to resist selling at fair market value and wait for the higher values to come. Wayne, if this is hype, then I will tell you that that is not my intention because if you knew me you would describe me as a real pragmatist.

Mark Martell, we could argue this until we are blue in the face. I still feel a violent squeeze will not
help the everyday investor. I once participated in a short violent upsurge on a stock that I had
bought at $5.00 and had 10k shares of. In a matter of few days it went from 5 up to 13 and then a
meteoric rise up to the top of $44.00. I felt this was the top so I placed a market sell order
immediately with my broker. It took him 1 1/2 hours to execute the order, because of the volatility,
and when he did, it was at $32.00, needless to say, I left 120K on the table.

Would I like a tender offer, yes, that would give everyone an equal chance. Most all of our fellow
investors on this board and on Yahoo work during the day and do not have the luxury of sitting in
front of the computer all day watching their stock like a hawk, with their finger on the sell button.

I would also like to see these cretins who have shorted our stock punished, but in a way that they
will remember for life, in the pocketbook probably with a tender offer. Sure it would be rewarding
for us to see them squirm with a violent upheaval, but only a few will benefit from the "top price". Its
just not that easy to either get on or off a runaway train.

Without Cardshark's knowledge or permission, I have pasted one of his posts from Yahoo for you
to read, you will find it interesting.

As a last note on a long winded post, we had a very strong following on Yahoo on the other
company I spoke of. We all intended to stay long on the company for a long time, it had good
fundamentals. After the squeeze, everyone got off the boat and to my knowledge there are no
original posters left. Since then the stock has gone down to $4.00, where it has stayed for a couple
of years.

is only half true, it would make this the biggest short that I have
ever seen. This is definately outside the envelope of any rational
estimate.

But do remember one thing, probably only one or two people
will score the top price sale. So all I can say is that just like the
smartest way to buy this stock over the last six months has been
using multiple purchases (I used about 36), I would suggest you
consider selling out of some or all of you position the same way,
at different levels
