I agree and like the ideas you guys are proposing much better than the warrant option.

If we alter this warrant announcement, then we are swimming off into the deep end of the legal pool. So I still think we should stick to the warrants as they were announced, simply to avoid any un-needed future legal head aches.

Sorry I didnt make this public warrant offer, and now just trying to abide by this public proposal.

K's mention of the inconvenience of warrants is very honorable.
So, i agree with opey -that the board might simply think about
substituting warrants with something more efficient.

I'm not yet a shareholder
and do not wish to upset an apple cart.
This is just an opinion.
