Sure I've seen the letter--what there is of it apart from the x's--and offered my own opinion.

As for the documents in question: well, yesterday you said you were a patient person. I'm afraid some patience is required. It is, after all, a holiday weekend.

But the material WILL be made available, unlike the court case to which you keep referring, but from whose decision you appear to be extremely unwilling to quote verbatim.
