The Microlight 1000 is a demonstration unit because they can't sell any. The 1995 annual report said they were working with a number of manufacturers relative to using Microlight 1000 in manufacturing. By the 1996 annual report, JMAR said, " We expect to begin accepting orders for our Microlight products before the end of 1997."
What Richard is saying is that they have never NEVER made on-time delivery on their promises. They promised all these things earlier and didn't deliver. But you still believe all their current promised delivery dates. Why is that? I remember when they said they had the best medical laser technology, had a unique way of rapidly moving products to market, and were the low-cost provider. That resulted in being the biggest loser in the company's history.

Bilberry - Here's another "positive" you forgot on your list. It's PSI's having obtained ISO 9001 certification this year. If anyone is now saying, "so what?", perhaps a little background on what ISO 9001 means would be helpful:

Read the various sections of this site. Here's an interesting point they make:

Why are a lot of people talking about ISO?
Because customers generally perceive ISO registered firms as being successful, competent and industry leaders.
