Yes, however it may be that DELL sells "cheaper" to businesses because of volume discount, but the don't to consumers. Now, if it's the consumer market that they will use to grow revenues then they will need to reduce prices. I've looked into this at length. DELL is not the price leader to consumers. So, this would then impact DELL's margins.

As for the analogy on mining. I like your trains, planes and automobiles perspective. If this is the case then large competitors which have equal capital could build those delivery mechanisms too. Yes, it takes time. They've been at it for a year now so they should be getting there soon.
