Mike - One thing about Y2K I've not seen considered: how are programmers to continue working on the problem if the electrical grid goes down? I think they'll have lots of time to munch on chips and swig them down with Coke. Last I heard was that there are 7300 electric utilities in our fair land and NONE compliant. Ralph
