The CMI buyOUT was all of the company. The IDCN buyBACK was of 10 mil shares. The company has stated that the there has been no IDCN buyBACK as of yet. The CMI buyOUT vote has note taken place yet. You should know they are required to give 45 days notice for a vote. Obviously 45 days have not passed yet. Only one has told me they have received a ballot. Tony Papa last week told me he wanted the CMI buyOUT. Yesterday, he now wants to develop the mine. The rumor is IDCN is getting a JV partner. I have been in touch Robert Salna the former CEO and his broker. They confirmed the buyout offer is legit. The SI IDCN shareholders along with Papa would have a good chance of approving the CMI buyOUT. However, IMO very soon no one will want just .37. Jeff, I really think you are missing something by not investing in this one at these prices. IMO people will be very happy with their IDCN investment within weeks. IMO the positive comments made to me by miners in Nova Scotia that I posted here will prove to be correct.
