I still find it hard to believe Spencer is lying about the California deal. I am sure that is what the dilution, and line of credit for $400,000.00 is for. It appears to me that he cares very much for the company, and he is working very hard to close new contracts. I will feel much better when the financials come out, and the name of the new acquisition.

It will be too late for you then, my friend.
