jhild, one thing I've learned from you in the past 6 months is never to take anything at face value. The S4T article has value in that it attempts to explain what's going on to the uneducated masses (people like me). Just a shot in the dark, maybe the 6 million escrowed shares paid by CASHCO for ARB in the first place could be cancelled and the number of ARB shares would be 1.2 million less than if the full issued number were converted.
Even those of us who contact the company on a regular basis have to rely on company releases for much of the information about this and other non reporting companies. I can only hope that the ARB will be fully SEC compliant & reporting from day one.
