Rape is illegal at any and all levels of age or gender combinations. My point is simple. Once one begins to take sexual practices out of the context of marriage (family) then the boundaries have been broken and it is but a matter of time before they cease to exist at all. The same can be said for lying under oath. We have been hearing that Clinton's lies under oath are not important because the case was later thrown out or that it is unimportant because the Lewinsky matter was deemed not relevant to the case in which his deposition was taken. My belief is that when one swears under oath to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth then that is what one should rightfully expect and anything which falls short of being the truth is a lie and therefore perjury.
