Ramsey,

By the way, I am still waiting for Brian K to throw in the towel. That will be the confirmed bottom and everyone should back up the truck.

I just asked that question of BK in a response to Gene. The stock
market humbles all of us at some point. Some of my "early year" speculative stocks that looked like potential winners have have turned out to be real losers that will require me to hold until they
recover. I hate it when that happens!! However, I am up 50%+ on my
AMAT this year, just on market timing, even though I didn't necessarily get in at the lows or get out at the highs. I expect to
buy within 10-15% of the bottom and will hold until AMAT returns
gains of 3x - 5x in 2-3 years. 8^)

Sometimes patience pays off very well. I had some speculative stocks
3-4 years ago that just seemed to be stagnant, I got impatient waiting for them to move and got out. Most of them went up 400-500%
within 1-2 years of my departure, (sigh), I learned the value of
patience from that expensive lesson and have since "converted" and
now wait for "my price" regardless of general market sentiment.

Waiting patiently!! Cannons are loaded, should get 3-4 clean broadsides at the quarry, she is foundering fast.
