Murti, here's the URL again (the one in your post didn't show the volume bars) bigcharts.com

The red bars show the relative volume at the price given on the
right-hand Y axis. So you can see that most volume occurred between about 28 and 38. Very little volume below 24. All I can infer is that
investors who bought within the last 52 weeks (since it is a
52 week chart) are all sitting on a loss IF they HELD. I have
no way of knowing how many held. Since those who held are
potential sellers, I have to wonder how much lower the price would
have to go to make them sell in pain. Or whether some of them
would sell if the stock rises to the price where they bought.

The answers to these questions are unknown, but asking them
is instructive.
