Come on WrongWay! Bre-X?

It can't be true so don't get your shorts all in a knot. -g-

The real issue is that B&T has an interesting deal going on which we need to understand. I think it means that AMZN gave away a fair amount to hook up with them. What does that mean for the future? Seems that there will be a few shares coming online out of that sector though.

Oc, Don't have time right now but what the two have done is quite legal. But does potentially open up a can of worms for both.

f this is true, and I repeat "IF", then Amazon will certainly be investigated by the SEC
and their stock will collapse under the weight of shareholder lawsuits. "IF" this is true, it
is fraud of the highest magnitude.

There are lots of ifs. The real problem is Baker and Taylor is not a public company. No 10Qs from them. I just state there is a pattern and it began after the 5 million shares were authorized for acquisitions and then Baker and Taylor were listed in Amazon's next 10Q as a 10% owner. There was never a filing by Baker and Taylor to buy 10%. It is unusual is all and nothing more at this point.
