While Laser is not positive on the stock, what I have seen in his posts is no different from the concerns that I have as a long. I do think he is on the wrong side of the risk/reward relationship (at 47 cents), but that's my opinion.

You are quite correct in regards to my use of the word "culpable". This would only be applicable if the people involved were knowingly involved in a stock promotion. I'm sure they weren't, so the term "gullible" is appropriate. My literacy level is not good I'm afraid, as you pointed out, but I shall endeavor to do better in the future. Thank-you for pointing out my mistake. :).
