Buy AMAT, MSFT, CSCO and many others commission free: better-investing.org There is an atricle in this months Bloomberg. Apparently for a nominal annual fee, you can buy many tech names w/o paying commission in monthly amounts as small as $10. The NAIC works through a discount broker, MMS Securities, which consolidates all member transactions and then buys blocks of shares once a month in all of the companies involved. It should be noted that the per transaction costs are not worth it unless you buy very frequently. BK
