Michelle, I do not know how to answer your question. I am not sure if you are asking me if I forecast for others for a living or am I a professional economist or for my educational or professional background. I do not do forecasting for others but I have to do it in others to make my own investments. I have an excellent math and science background and I have run my own engineering and manufacturing business. I have had special training in forecasting methodology based on Bayesian decision theory.
