Ms. Shell, Because Jeffry Mitchell posted about a lawsuit he has yet to document. It is as bogus as the contention that Wellrich won a judgement over AZNT in arbitration. There was no arbitration between Wellrich & AZNT. Mr. Marcassi must cover, by court order, 250K shares. It was irresponsible to post information gathered from Wellrich without verifying it. Again, Wellrich sent two "arbitrators" to Vegas. There was no arbitration hearing. There is no judgement against AZNT . These two individuals booked a conference room for 'theatrical' purposes only. These two individuals were not licensed in the state of Nevada. There is no "document" or "judgement" for you to post. You were had by Wellrich. You aren't the first! Good Day RB
