WHAT ARE THE RULES what I see is overbroad and vague....what is obscenity..what is vulgar... if they use it on television on NBC can I use the word here? WHAT IS HARASSING and how long can someone harrass you or be vulgar or be obscene before they are suspended...AFTER you figure out the definitions of the terms of use...then you have to apply them EVENLY.... of course....it doesnt matter how these terms are defined..because SI can use this little gem when they want to target you. "Violating the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use." and I love this little clause that was recently added.....they are trying to limit the statute of limitations on actionable offenses "9.2 You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred" Yes Sire...your little html code was noticed by several people and someone tried to private message you about it and to tell you how tacky it was...but you took off the private message function after you put up your little code... and I found it offensive and otherwise objectionable ...and this could be construed to violate the terms of use..... so i guess you should be suspended now....
