sai whatever happened to that company who stole encryption software
from their bosses, did news come out saying they made a deal with their ex employers? did you end up suing the company like you posted?

It's been said before, I'll say it again:

This is a non-reporting company. Jon Darmstadter doesn't have to tell you anything. If he does, it's as a courtesy. Win or lose, if you want to see who is responsible for your capital gains/losses, look in the mirror.

My due diligence tells me that, while there are certainly issues to be concerned about with TCBG, the company IS doing what Jon says they are doing.

Do yourself a favor, forget that you bought this stock until April '99. You'll know in April '99 whether you won or lost with this particular lottery ticket.
