Yiqun, you are right... my mistake. I recently read the cover story of Forbes Magazine concerning Level 3 Communications (symbol: LVLT) and their business plan (as opposed to Level 1 Communications... symbol: LEVL). Briefly, DGIV is establishing a world-wide network for not only internet phone, but also for faxing, video conferencing, global voice messaging (etc...any data that can be transferred via digital technology using internet telephony). They have currently established partnerships with a number of foreign governments.
