Forest or anyone who continues to think Arif may give back shares,

Can you name me one majority owner of a company who just gave back shares? If you can name one, then I say, "Arif, act like that person and give back the shares you stole." If you can't name one, Arif will not be the first, so look at other solutions to reduce shares outstanding and the float. (Hint: Reverse Split)

That shows you exactly why this stock is screwed and it will only get worse.

Investors may benefit more if they concentrate on any SEC violations and what the probable ramifications could be if they are so charged.
