marcos, hey, I totally agree with having insurance..

But I totally disagree with the prospects for Gold..

If things get as bad as many hope or expect, you'll need more than Gold for insurance.

Regards
Don

Gold supply has fallen since 1972. It is down to slightly more than half of what it was since then.

Russia's supply, once the world's second largest is no longer operative. Canada's has fallen. South Africa's to half. Australia, Venezuela, and Brazil's output has fallen. The US rate of Supply has doubled, now surpassing Canada for the first time in decades a few years ago. Many of the mines are owned by Canadian companies.

Gold can be still mined at a profit although it is 55% of its value in constant dollars to 1980 it is still even with its value in constant dollars to 1972. It was mined profitably in Canada then at 38 dollars an ounce.
