NationsBank Corp. which is merging with Bank America is curious. This is the most recent accounting of their financial's (5/10/96 - 10Q):

sec.gov

They have been buying everybody up but there isn't another 10K or Q since 96. What gives here? All the 8K's they've had since this last 10Q resemble a company PR news release about how they are buying another company. They appear to act more like a bulletin board stock than a large cap.
