Charter What I can't figure out is that the program used to print just fine. I bought a new scanner and a new printer and now the program wont print anymore. I have my printer adjusted and set as the default printer so I don't see that being the problem. I just wonder if the scanner program that I had to install somehow overides the printer on that program. It is just driving me crazy. One of the reasons I bought this new printer was that it is a color one so now I can print color documents on that "Business Image" program. I don't have the software for the "Bus. Image" program... Is there a way to reload that program without the software? Lamar
