BR Well, lowes renewed their old rights plan (which is similar to do another one, as the expiry of the 1988 RP was factored in the stock price already). biz.yahoo.com I think the drop is more based on the meager 4% same store sales increase in August. Other retailers did better and the market is headed south in general (I capitalized on that as I didn't manage to lose money in any of my "just-for-good" random short picks). Phil, do you know where we can get some glimpse of information about the ongoing AVNT (Cadence) litigations? Knowing of that would be even more important for us. Thank you Christian
