did you factor in this information from aznt -- The Company will retire all of the principals common stock (53,149,113 shares) in exchange for preferred stock. -- The Company will take steps to officially cancel 4,224,000 shares of restricted Rule 144 Legend stock. -- The Company will officially cancel 440,000 free trading shares that are in the DTC. -- The Company will have 4,000,000 shares removed from the DTC. As a result of the above, the total amount of restricted Rule 144 Legend stock will be 8,904,244 shares. The total amount of stock in the DTC will be 1,356,730 shares.
