Thanks Dave, It was wishful thinking... BUT, I repeat, BUT, I think that BANY is a 3 to 5 dollar stock. So I AM paying .33 for a 3 to 5 dollar stock :-) OK,OK,OK,... So in effect the 800,000 shares will increase a perceived value for Banyon Corp. The amount is to be determined upon the agree priced for the IPO. The closing price for Anything will reflect the dividend for the shareholders as well as Banyon. Please correct me again, I like the education. steve
