Sorry, I can't offer you any comfort, for I too, feel your pain. We should've known when Chris got "fully invested" it was time to get out. I'm still in also, but since I'm ready to sell, it must be close to the bottom. <grin>

RE: August 15th post, BHP still hasn't named their CEO.

If it's any comfort, I think we'll have a chance to get out at a higher price than it is now. The world situation worries me a great deal, (so goes the world, goes Ford). At some point the G-7, or central bankers or heads of state, or Greenspan will act on an "economic recovery plan". The markets will pop up and THEN and that's where the decision will have to be made about whether it will work or not, and whether to sell or stay in.

Ford stock is still up 30% for the year and, while way off its highs, is still pretty respectable.
