Yes. I can't tell exactly when, but I think we have not seen the low. I see two possible scenarios. My chart is unclear. (Sounds like palm reading, eh? LOL!)

one: trading in this range (7500-8100 give or take) for the rest of the year, then another big dip early 1999, my guess is Latin American problems, maybe Brazil devalued currency or something, or

two: another fast nasty dip before the end of the year, a strong rally prior to Dec 15th, maybe close to 9400, and then the early 1999 tank.

I believe the next fast nasty dip, whenever it happens, will be the bottom. I don't think 1999 is going to be like 1997 or 1998.
