So! KGG.. If Sands owns some of HDS, what are the legal ramifications? ie. debt? I pretty much see things working out in the long run. But It would be really nice to understand the legalities for a change. I think AR is an old timer who will stay with the Hitachi arrangement. The relationship appears to be very deep. I think about the only way out is for IBM to buy HDS. Not CPQ. We'll have a heck of a ride with Arthur, that's for sure! MDM
