Well, there is something that I just don't understand and I was wondering if you could help me. I have asked you many times on the thread how come the stock was simply given to Mann. Normally shares are issued for a given consideration like cash for instance. At the closing of the transaction the shares AND the cash change hands at the SAME time. Why wasn't that the case with the AZNT Mann transaction? - Call the company. - Why don't you just answer my question: "I don't know" or "Here's the explanation". - Call the company. - Doesn't it make you nervous that the principals of AZNT seem, according to your posts, to have issued shares without getting a consideration for it. - Just watch the big short squeeze. - Thanks for being so heplful. There is something else which troubles me. Where did the money from the sale of the shares go. If the company sued Mann and others who were part of the failed transaction I would imagine they also seize the money from the sale of the shares. Why are you refusing to discuss that on the thread? Where did the money go? - $75 million in sales and $50 million in earnings in the first year of operations plus a short squeeze and the stock will explode. - Well I guess we are not getting very far once again. - Call the company and you will get all the answers you are looking for. I am just a shareholder. - Last question. Why did you get so mixed up with the Fasano affair? First you said the company had an IR department, then when we discovered Fasano was one of the IR guys you said that the company had no IR person. My mother always told me never to lie because eventually you just can't remember all you lies and you start getting caught. - Hey listen punk, I am just a shareholder and I only make positive statements about AZNT on SI, don't answer any questions and I don't care if I am confused, at least this way if something goes wrong I will be in a position to plead insanity. - Now I get it.
