Mr. Martin, Mr. Fasano was not an employee of AZNT , therefore recieved no compensation from AZNT. Wellrich opened an account by selling AZNT stock and using the cash they obtained by selling the shares to open the account. They then informed AZNT of the account with the cash to cover more shares . They pocketed the money and the shares. They sold the shares even though they are not licensed to do so. They are now forced to cover by a court of law. Good Day RB
