Well hello again Mr. Chaley. No, I'm sorry, but Par didn't announce his resignation. It won't be that easy for you to take over. But you could always attend a stockholder's meeting and ask everyone to vote for you. With all your negative attacks on the company and management I'm sure you'd be a shoe-in.

And, yes, Osicom has lost a lot of market cap, not unlike many small cap stocks, and, yes, accentuated by the reverse split. So if your philosophy is buy high - sell low, then you should stay away from Osicom. Of course you make perfect sense that, because the price is so low, we should stay away from it. Don't buy any foreign cars, either. With the high dollar exchange rate, some cars have come down 20% and better. Wait until their prices go back up and then buy a whole bunch!
