>> I will refute what is simply not true, like I just did, but I am not a toy, I will not be played with.<<

There you go again BMart, your resemblance to Pugs is striking. One of his favorite expressions is "I am not a toy etc." <G>

bmart and pugs, are you having an identity crisis? <s>

but I am not a toy, I will not be played with.

For the sake of honest investors, I hope this time my information is wrong.

Excellent posts during the past week by Jeffrey, Janice, smartin,...
lots of information to not just throw away, but for investors to make additional contact of the company, associates, and the proper agencies.

, I am here to see that my investment is not harmed by groups of individuals whoo wish to do it harm

I think you're going a bit far here. While I don't claim to know the agenda of others, to include yours, I certainly don't see how the company can be damaged by folks digging for the facts and the straight skinny. And to do that you have to talk to all sides of an argument/debate and adjudicate the facts for yourself to see who is telling the truth.

Both sides may be receiving or spouting errant facts, but the reason for this is the that company is lacking in its PR effort to educate its shareholders or future buyers.

The only real damage that can be done to this stock is by management or insiders. Management can destroy this company if they fail to execute the business plan. Audited earnings and contracts seldom lie (unless you owned Cendant or CLC..:0), and they are legally accountable. If the business plan is successful, everything will follow eventually to jusify a higher price (hopefully.)

But then you still have to worry about the terms of conversion for those preferred (I guess you're afraid to pin them down on this, aren't you?). If the fundamentals improve, the price goes up and the squeeze is on, you have to worry about those preferred being immediately converted and dumped into the market. How many shares that equates to is a vital part of analyzing AZNT, in my opinion.

As a shareholder, wouldn't you like to avoid unneccessary dilution that undermines your investment?? This company has almost doubled its outstanding shares in the past 18 months to a reported 60 million + shares. Doesn't this make you slighty motivated to demand legally binding guarantees on the preferred terms just like the 2 year terms on the 144??

Frankly, I'm disappointed that management has not addressed these terms publicly in order boost shareholder confidence, especially when it involves such a huge percentage of the outstanding common stock being "retired" for undisclosed amounts of preferred.

I'm not going to buy this stock when there exists a risk of management selling 1,000 shares for every one I might buy. Give me some guarantees and my interest, and maybe others, will begin to peak

Take care,

Ron
