PC, You ought to see the disasters recommended by Individual Investor and Ken Fisher in Forbes. The problem with some of these folks is that they have no respect for the power of the down market, so they buy the most volatile and illiquid issues around. Or, they pick the big stocks that worked yesterday. That's just fine if the market goes up forever. <G> In sports, they say that you cannot teach a player speed. In investing, you cannot teach them to use their common sense. With speed and common sense, you either have it or you don't. MB
