Walter I agree, if I were a MIS person for a large corporation evaluating TESI there would be a red flag concerning this lawsuit. And this alone could cause some perception problems with investors and potential customers. I personally believe that there products are of high quality. The fact that they have signed some big deals after this lawsuit and that they are backed by almost every major reseller/intergrator gives me this good felling. I also understand that it takes a lot more than that to make a great company. Only time will tell for sure.
