I strongly believe that in orcl would not dare to release a bad earnings in such a down market it would take their stock to $10. Howe ver, I don't like the fact that earnings are coming out on Thu. Just traditionally not a good sign when earnings come out on later half of the week. But again, orcl knows how their stock is going to be treated on the street if they miss. They will at least meet the earnings estimates, if not beat them big time.
