The rally is dependent upon the positive psychological impact of the potential for rate reductions by investor's worldwide. This should be interesting to watch come Tuesday.

We don't have to wait until Tuesday. Worldwide markets will trade Monday. By Tuesday morning, we'll have 2 days worth of trading from Asia, and 1+ in Europe.

Justa, re:<<What any model cannot account for including Bob's is panic selling or international sentiment.>> in some respect, doesn't his Bull/(Bull+Bear) indicator reflect investor sentiment? I realize the ratio is based on US advisors, however, in some indirect way, shouldn't it reflect foreign advisors as well?

How did you like the signal BB sent to you? Opening and closing his show by noting that he is "Justa Werkenstiff". I don't think there should be any doubt that he reads this and the other BB thread.

Well, lets see what happens on Tuesday. If there is a reaction to Greenspans speech, we should see it on Tuesday.
