Keith, would the BoD consider making the warrant convertible to preferred shares? I guess what I am asking is if after some time frame, maybe one year or so the warrants instead of expiring worthless would convert to preferred. Is this pie in the sky or too much compensation for those of us that have been in for many years now? Opey

After that any un-used warrants expire worthless" This date should be 1999 not 1998 Sorry, I hit the wrong key... BTW* I am thinking about getting a key board that has 1 square inch keys, and eliminate this problem <g> KAA
