Zeev, RE:ArF lasers

Cymer ships 5% to 8% of their lasers a quarter in this category according to the most recent conference call. With the four major stepper companies starting to ship evaluation tools to most large, well-financed semiconductor companies in '99 you can expect unit shipments of ArF to increase over time. Since the development of the ArF laser itself is still at an early stage and almost all ArF lasers shipped to date have been for R&D(at stepper vendors) purposes, you can expect many upgrades of certain technology modules and shipments of new lasers which incorporate all the new technology as the earliest lasers shipped are probably not as upgradeable.

Big rise in market on Tuesday.
Good for 5 hours?
Good for 2 days?
Marks the bottom of the correction?

Stumps me! Any guesses? Should be a lot of Short-covering tomorrow, but after that, then what happens??
