I'm not sure what to think there. The rights issue won't be in effect for months, while the squeeze is any minute now. It seems to me the best path is to sell off into the squeeze and buy back in at lower levels before the rights package is sold.

I like Choppers notion that a tender offer is easier to manage and less damaging than a squeeze. I like Card's rights program, but I would like to sell off into any tender offer or squeeze and buy back in later.......damn the short term capital gains rates....
